In this section we’re going to look at a few applications that will make designing, building, optimizing, uploading and search engine optimizing a lot easier and more efficient.
Apart from the Apple website DOWNLOADS page there are two main websites for finding and trying out software for your Mac.
Version Tracker - http://www.versiontracker.com/macosx/
MacUpdate - http://www.macupdate.com/
These sites are comprehensive and you should be able to find just about anything that’s available for your Mac.
Another good source is FreeMacWare - http://www.freemacware.com/
As the name suggests, everything reviewed here is free!
The software that I am going to introduce are those that I use the most and recommend.
Its not a complete list as I have way too much software. Just because something is not mentioned here doesn’t mean its no use. I don’t like to make negative comments about applications that others may find perfectly satisfactory.
