For a CD release you are going to have to a Master Disc, Artwork and evidence of copyright ownership or permission.
I am using Disc Makers as an example because they are the company I use.
Do your own research as there are lots of alternatives - good, mediocre and downright awful.

Whether you recorded in a professional studio or your home project studio, I would strongly recommend that you employ the services of a Mastering Engineer to produce the Master Disc.
Use a Design Service that is equipped to produce CD artwork. Don’t be tempted to cut corners. The Artwork is a major factor in selling your CD.
