Flash has a number of advantages over QuickTime.
More internet users are likely to have it.
If you don’t then you won’t see the flash players - never mind hear them!
Get it by clicking the Adobe® Flash Player icon.
Control click the icon to download it and drag it onto your webpage. Select it and make it a hyperlink to the download page by pasting the URL into the “Link” Inspector box and then check “Open link in new window”.
There are a number of very slick looking flash players available but the problem with them is that the player assets are on the developer’s server and you have no flash player if they have down time or go out of business.
I’ve shown a few on this page but this are just images - they won’t play!

This is my favorite flash player. Its simple and almost bullet proof.

Here, I have dropped it onto a colored shape and added a text box with the Song Title and the Artist’s name.

Unless you own the copyrights on a musical composition, you will have obtain and pay for two separate licenses to play it on your website.
