This movie is an H.264, fast start, 2 Mb in size, .mov format and displayed at 640 x 480 px. Controls have been specified along with a poster frame image and a WebM file for Firefox. This will fallback to flash for browsers that don't support HTML5.

Until such times as browser support for HTML5 is standardized, its probably better to display your movies as flash with fallback to HTML5 for devices like the iPhone/iPad/iPod.
