This is a Vimeo player using the latest code that will play the movie in all browsers as well as using HTML5 for iOs devices such as iPhone/iPad. Upload the movie to your Vimeo account, copy the embed code and paste it into an HTML Snippet on your webpage.
If you decide change stuff like frame size, autoplay and loop after you have upload the file to Vimeo you can do this in the code on the web page.
