Using Preview to incorporate stroke, drop shadow and reflection in the image file to reduce its size.

Select the image in iWeb and copy - Command C

Open Preview and select New from Clipboard - Command N

In Preview Edit Menu Select All - Command A

Drag the resulting PDF from the Preview sidebar on to the desktop.....

.... or save it as a PDF in the location of choice....

.... then drag it onto the iWeb page and resize to suit.

Drag the image onto the iWeb page and add your choice of Stroke, Shadow and Reflection using the Graphic inspector.
