If you don’t have Keynote, you can build it in NeoOffice, take a screenshot of the finished map, crop it and drag it onto your page.

NeoOffice is an amazing freeware application and is worth having if you cannot justify the cost of iWork.

You can make your site map “active” by making each page name a hyperlink to that page.

To do this, cover the text of each page name with a transparent shape or an empty text box and select this to create a hyperlink to the appropriate page.
